Hand picked and selected from properly ripened fruit.
The fruits are then washed, cleaned, sorted, inspected and individually quick frozen to meet EU standards.

Our IQF mangos are produced as cubes and slices.

Every fruit is prepared, sorted, washed, blanched and cooled. Heads may be trimmed into parts which are washed and blanched to ensure stability of color and flavor.

Our IQF Figs both red and green are produced in dices (cubes).
